Wellness Getaway for Women

September 22-30

Weekend Version September 22-24

Revitalize your body and mind!

“La dolce vita” with an extra dose of body-mind care
co-hosted by the Art Monastery and Catalyst Training

  • Daily Catalyst Training, yoga classes, and meditation;
  • Local/organic food, hiking, swimming, and guided creative exercises;
  • A team of Artmonks to help you rebalance, get back to a healthy lifestyle, and leave feeling refreshed;

It may seem counterintuitive that you could go on vacation, and come back well slept, in better shape, creatively inspired, and happier than when you left. But that is exactly what we’ll be up to during the Wellness Getaway. It’s a time for you to truly take care of yourself, while enjoying beautiful organic meals, daily exercise, meditation, and time outside in the sun. Add in live music, campfires under the stars, and why not a little wine to fuel your passionate side as well? You’re invited.
