We welcome your wild self!

We want to meet her, in all her glory!

We believe it’s important for women* to come together, share our stories, and help each other on our individual and collective paths. Especially in our current cultural and ecological environment, it’s time for women to come together, witness and support each other, and come back into our communities vibrant and ready to share our knowledge and vision.

This weeklong retreat is built to help you step into your full power, and revitalize your body and mind. In order to regain a baseline sense of health, energy, and empowerment, we’ll start with the basics. There will be 3 meals a day of healthy, locally sourced food prepared by our in house chef. Every morning we’ll start with sitting meditation and follow with Catalyst Training, an inspiring new movement class designed to help you feel good in your body. The rest of our days will include hiking, swimming, guided journaling and visualizations, creative exercises, yoga, gardening and plenty of free time. In the evenings we’ll mix in ceremonies, intention setting, and fires. And why not throw in some wine and live music to keep our passionate sides alive and well?

Our goal is to help you re-enter into your life at the end of the retreat well slept, in better shape, creatively inspired, feeling empowered, and happier than when you left. It’s a time for you to truly take care of yourself, to connect with that deep, powerful inner you.

Taking this time for yourself, will help you better show up for your home community, work, and family. Join us! Come connect with other visionary women and your vibrant self!

*We want to acknowledge gender identity is complex and fluid. This retreat is for people who currently identify as women, and want to be in a space with other people who currently identify as women. Our aim is to help you feel welcome and invited to bring your whole self, in all of your beauty and complexity. We welcome any/all conversations and questions about how we can help this be a nourishing and safe space for you.
